WHEREAS, �tichael Wilcox and Gloria Wilcox, husband and wife, have petitioned the
Board of Commissioners of Gibson County to vacate the following described portion of Gibson
Counn� Road 125 South, to-wit:
Commencing at the Intersection of said road with the east line of
County Road 425 W also Old Hwy 65 and running east 412.5 feet to a
point; thence North I I.06 feet to the point of beginning the. same
bein� the southwest comer of the Petitioners land more particularly
described on Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto; thence proceeding
northeast along the centerline of said road; thence north to the north
line of the Petitioners land as described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
which crosses propem� they own in Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17,
Township�Z South, Ranee I I West ofthe Second Principal Meridian on Gibson Counq�, Indiana.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Gibson
County. Indiana, that the following road located across the Petitioner s land in [he East Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 2 South. Ranee I I West, to-wit:
Commencing at the Intersection of said road with the east line of
County Road 425 W and running east 412.5 feet to a point; thence
North 1 1.06 feet to the point of beginning the same being the
southwest corner of[he Petitioners land more particularly described
on Exhibit ��A", which is attached hereto; thence proceeding northeast
along the centerline of said road; thence north to the north line of the
Petitioners land as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. _
is hereby vacated.

County Recorder's Office and the point of beginning; thence South
89°52'26" West along the South line of said one (1) acre tract
described in Deed Record Book 45, Page 157 a distance of 613.21
feet to a P.K. Nail set this survey at the Southwest corner of
