ORDINANCE 2007-1
OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSZONERS OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA
rlN ORDINANCE AMENDING VOTER PRECINCTS 3 AND 11 IN PATOKA
TOWNSHIP, GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA
WHEREAS, I.C. 3-11-1.5 requires each County of Indiana to
establish voter precincts; and
WHEREAS, Gibson County, Indiana Patoka Township Precincts 3
and 11 need to be redefined because of an annexation taken by the
City of Princeton;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioner of Gibson County, Indiana as follows:
l. That real estate as described in Ordinance 2005-12 as
adopted by the City of Princeton, Indiana, which said real estate
was annexed to the City of Princeton, Indiana, shall be removed
from Patoka Township Precinct 11 and shall become a part of
Patoka Township Precinct 3, a copy of said Ordinance 2005-12
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioner of
Gibson County, Indiana this 30`h day of January, 2007.
