AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, GIBSON COUNTY,
INDIANA, PROVIDING FOR THE GIBSON COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH TO
ESTABLISH AND COLLECT FEES FOR SERVZCES AS AUTHORIZED WITH THE
ACCOUNTING AND TRANSFER OF SUCN FEES AS PROVIDED BY IC. 16-20-1-27.
BE ZT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD O? COMMISSIONERS OF GIBSON
COUNTY, STATE OF INDZANA, THAT:
Section 1. The Gibson Coun�y Board of Health is empowered to
establish and collect fees in accordance with the following
definitions and provisions.
Section 2. Definitions: Tne iollowing definitions shall
apply in the interpretation and en�orcement of this Ordinance:
A. The term (board) as used herein shall mean the Gibson
County Board of Health as provided for in IC 16-20-2-2.
B. The term (health officer) shall mean the County Health
Officer as provided in IC 16-20-2-16.
C. The term (person) shall mean any individual,
partnership, co-partnership, firm, company, or association.
Section 3.
The Gibson County Board of Health shall be authorized to
charge a service fee as follows:
Death Certificates
TB Test
Septic Permits
Food Permits
Birth Certificates
Immunization Administration
$10.00
$10.00
$30.00 new
$15.00 repairs
$75.00 Dye Test
$30.00 Ten and fewer employees
$50.00 Eleven and over employees
$10.00
$ 8.00 per shot

Section 4.
The Board shall collect such fees established as part of
this Ordinance. All fees collected by the Board shall be
accounted for in detail for each program area. All fees
collected by the Board shall be transferred to the Gibson County
Health Fund or the Gibson Coun�y Local Health Maintenance Fund.
Section 5.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect August 1,
2007.
