TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
EXCESS LEVY FUND TO RAINY DAY FUND
WHEREAS, conditions have developed since the adoption of the
2009, budget making it necessary to transfer funds;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF GIBSON COUNTY,
INDIANA;
SECTION l: The County Council hereby authorizes the Gibson
County Treasurer to transfer funds hereinafter named to the
specific funds, subject to the laws governing the same.
