RESOLUTION NO. 2000- �j�
WHEREAS, Gibson County, Indiana no longer has use �or an
antennae located at the former Gibson County Highway Garaqe; and
WHEREAS, Patoka Townsnip desires to nave ownership o� said
antennae in exchange for removing said antennae from the former
Gibson County Garage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED�by the Board of County
Commissioners of Gibson County, Indiana as follows:

TO: Gibson County Commissioners
Re: Disposal of Antennae at County Garage
Indiana Code 36-1-11-8 provides a governmental entity may
make a transfer of property with another governmental entity
for any amount as agreed upon. This statute further provides
both entities shall adopt substantially identical resolutions.
I am providing a copy of a proposed Resolution for your
consideration at the next meeting.
