County Commissioner Resolutions - September 2002� �' (' @ o�.l ��gl. �o A RESOLUTION OF CONCURENCE WITH A PROPOSAL TO CHANGE � PORTIONS OF THREE ROADWAYS IN GIBSON COUNTYW ITHIN THE FEDERAL-AID SYSTEM WHEREAS, to be eligible for certain types of federal-aid funds a roadway must be on the federal-aid system; and WHEREAS, after careful analysis by the Evansville Urban Transportation Study based on current and future V�c volumes, current and future development trends and other relevant factors, it has been determined that these additions to the Federal-Aid System should be made: NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the County Commissioners of Gibson County as follows: Section I That a proposal to add portions of the following roadways in Gibson County onto the Federal-Aid System is approved by this Board; , Counri� Road 1�0 South, a portion 1.42 miles in length, connects U.S. Highway 41 with Old U.S. Highw�ay 41 Counri Road 150 East, a portion 1.23 miles in length, connects State Road 64 w�ith County Road 150 South. Countv Road 350 South, a portion 4.92 miles in length, connects County Road 550 East with State Road 57. Section 2 This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Gibson County Commissioners and subsequent signing by said Boazd.
