County Commissioner Resolutions - November 2008. y v � �I RESOLUTION NO. 2008- ,j � A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE OWNED BY GIBSON COUNTY, INDZANA TO THE CITY OF PRINCETON, INDIANA WHEREAS, Gibson County, Indiana is the owner of certain surplus real estate as more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, said real estate is surplus real estate no longer required for use by Gibson County, Indiana; and WHEREAS, the provisions of Indiana Code 36-1 et seq are not required to be followed when surplus real estate is being transferred to a municipality; and WHEREAS, The City of Princeton, Indiana is a municipality; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Gibson County, Indiana as follows: 1. The real estate as described hereto on Exhibit A shall be conveyed to the City of Princeton, Zndiana, said conveyance to be subject to that certain Environmental Restrictive Covenant dated December 27, 2006 and recorded January 7, 2007 as Instrument number 20070000023, office of Recorder, Gibson County, Indiana. 2. Said transfer shall be made without any payment of any consideration. ZN WITNESS WHEREOF this Resolution has been adopted this lgch day of November, 2008.
