A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE OWNED BY GIBSON COUNTY, INDZANA TO
THE CITY OF PRINCETON, INDIANA
WHEREAS, Gibson County, Indiana is the owner of certain surplus
real estate as more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, said real estate is surplus real estate no longer
required for use by Gibson County, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Indiana Code 36-1 et seq are not
required to be followed when surplus real estate is being transferred
to a municipality; and
WHEREAS, The City of Princeton, Indiana is a municipality;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Gibson County, Indiana as follows:
1. The real estate as described hereto on Exhibit A shall be
conveyed to the City of Princeton, Zndiana, said conveyance
to be subject to that certain Environmental Restrictive
Covenant dated December 27, 2006 and recorded January 7,
2007 as Instrument number 20070000023, office of Recorder,
Gibson County, Indiana.
2. Said transfer shall be made without any payment of any
consideration.
ZN WITNESS WHEREOF this Resolution has been adopted this lgch
day of November, 2008.

A part of the northeast quarter of section 12, township 2 south,
range 11 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an iron pin
which stands 135 feet 10 inches east o� the northeast corner of lot
number 7 in Embree's Addition to his enlargement of the town (now
city) of Princeton and from said pin running north 104 feet to an
iron pin which stands 9 feet 11 inches west of the southwest corner
of the St. Louis Mills; thence continuing north parallel with and
midway between the foundation wall of said Mill and the Porkhouse,
one-hundred eight feet to an iron pin; thence east at right angle
wi�h said line 183 feet 4 inches to an iron pin; thence south 71
degrees east 56 feet to an iron pin that stands in a line of the Mill
lot conveyed by Elisha Embree and wife to Andrew Lewis and others by
deed dated Mar. 7, 1854, thence along said quarter section; thence
wes� 263 feet to the beginning, containing 1.25 acres more or less,
subject to an easement for street purposes over and across a strip of
ground 40 feet in width off the south side of the above described
tract.
A part of the northeast quarter of section 12, township 2 south,
range 11 west bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 120
feet east of the northeast corner of lot 7 of Embree's Addition to
Embree's Enlargement to the City of Princeton, Zndiana, thence east
15 ieet l0 inches; thence north 212 feet, thence west 15 feet 10
inches; thence south 212 feet to the place of beginning.
