the requirements of the County Road Improvement Agreement dated July 18, 2006, subsequently
amended April 17, 2007, between Triad Mining, Inc. and Gibson County, Indiana, have been
fully performed according to specifications and the bond (Travelers Casualty and Surety #
64510479015BCM posted by Triad Mining, Inc. is hereby released.
