JOSEPH W. ADAMS, JR. , being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that he is the son of JOSEPH VV. ADAMS and WANDA J.

life, a resident of Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, on January 24th.,
1969, leading him surviving the said �VANDA J. ADAMS as his widow, and
