ALKA; deceased, who died April 2nd., 1968, at St. Louis, Missouri, and who, at , � � the time of his death, was not a resident of the State 'of Indiana; that at the time of the death of her now deceased husband, this affiant and the said Kenneth C. Alka were the ovrners as tenants by the entirety of tfie following described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: The west half of the southeast quarter of section 33 containing 80 acres; the east half of the southwest quarter of section 33, containing SO acres;the east half ofthe southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 33;'containing 20 acres; the west'half oi.the northeast quarter of section 33 except that part thereof which lies east of the pond known as Mauck's Pond, all in township 1 south, range 1•2 west; 80 acres off the east side of the northwest quarter of section 4, township 2 south, range 12 west; , AL,SO, a part of the east half of the northeast quarter of section 33 bounded as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said east half of the northeast quarter and running thence south 8 rods and 12 links; thence east to the center line of said Mauck's Pond; thence north along said center line to the north line of said northeast quarter; thence west on said north line to the place of beginning, containing 1/2 acre, more or less; also, all that part of the east half of the northeast quaTter of section 33 which lies west of the center line of said Mauck's Pond; also a part of the northeast quarter•of the'southeast quarter of section 33 bounded as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said � northeast quarter of,the southeast quarter of said section, and thence_. running east along �the north line of said'noTtheast quarter of said southeast quarter to the center of a public highway running north and south through said northeast quarter of said southeast quarter; thence� south 15 feet; thence west parallel with the north line of said northeast quarter of said southeast quarter to the western boundary line of said quarter quarter section;thence north on said west boundary line 15 feet to the place of beginning, ali in township 1 south, range 12 west; containing in all above 340 acres, more or less. and this affiant is now the sole owner of said real estate by'virtue of her said survivorship.
