OF REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION

Gibson-Counfy, Indiana
SARAH C. ALLEN, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that EDFVIN E. ALLEN died Sdarch 25, 1976, and the said
EDYlIN E. ALLSN and this affiant were, at the time of his death,
husband and wife, and were the owners as tenants by the entirety
of real estate in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Part of Lot No. 1, Forest Park Addition to
the City of Princeton;
which real estate is now owned by SARAH C. ALLEN individually.
This affidavit is made for the purpose of causing said real
estate to be transferred to SARAH C. ALLEN for taxation on the
official transfer records of Gibson County, Indiana.
