AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY AUD�TpR �
Ruth Ambrose being first duly sworn upon oath, depo§es
That she is more than seventy (70) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana and her occupation is that
of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot Number two hundred sixty-one (261) in the
Original Plan to the Town of Haubstadt, Gibson
County, Indiana;
Being the same real estate described in Deed
No. 1, Card No. 4979, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Harry Ambrose and Ruth Ambrose,
husband and wife as.tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Harry Ambrose died testate, on or about May 12, 1973,
and that said Harry Ambrose and Ruth Ambrose were husband and wife,
at the time of the death of the said Harry Ambrose.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Harry Ambrose at the time of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent will not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
