That she is familiar with the following described'real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of Lot No. 5 in William's Addition to the Town (now city) of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows: Begin in the east line_of said Lot at a point 90 feet south of the northeast corner thereof and run thence south to the southeast corner of said Lot; thence west to a point 65 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence north to a point 90 feet south of the north line of said lot; thence east to the beginning. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 125, page 31, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Frank C.'Ammerman and Jimmie Ammerman, husband and'wife as tenants by the ent3rety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Frank C. Ammerman died intestate on or about December 5, 1975, and that said Frank C. Ammerman and Jimmie Ammerman were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Frank C. Ammerman. Affiant further states that decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estates Tax; but fortthe determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt.
