AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER
OF REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION

FRANCES M. ANDERSON, being first duly sworn upon
oath, deposes and says that PAUL E. ANDERSON died April
29, 1974, and the said PAUL E. ANDERSON and this affiant
were, at the time of his death, husband and wife, and were
the owners as tenants by the entirety o£ the following real
estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the northeast quarter of Section 12, town-
ship 3 south, range 12 west, bounded as follows,
to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot
No. 44 in L9arrick's Enlargement to the Town of
Owensville, Indiana and run thence south 94 feet;
thence west parallel with the south line of said
lot 94 feet; thence north 94 feet to the south line
of said lot; thence east 94 feet to the place of
beginning, containing 0.20 acre, more or less.
Also, a part of the northeast quarter of Section 12,
township 3 south, range 12 west, bounded as £ollows,
to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot
No. 44 in Warrick's Enlargement to the Town of
Owensville, Indiana and run thence east 20 feet;
thence south 94 feet; thence west 20 feet; thence
north 94 feet to the place of beginning, containing
0.043 acre, more or less.
By virtue of survivorship, this affiant is now the sole owner
of said real estate and makes this affidavit for the purpose
of causing said real estate to be transferred to her name
