ANDERSON and this affiant were, at the time of his death, husband and wife, and were the owners as tenants by the entirety o£ the following real estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit: A part of the northeast quarter of Section 12, town- ship 3 south, range 12 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot No. 44 in L9arrick's Enlargement to the Town of Owensville, Indiana and run thence south 94 feet; thence west parallel with the south line of said lot 94 feet; thence north 94 feet to the south line of said lot; thence east 94 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.20 acre, more or less. Also, a part of the northeast quarter of Section 12, township 3 south, range 12 west, bounded as £ollows, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot No. 44 in Warrick's Enlargement to the Town of Owensville, Indiana and run thence east 20 feet; thence south 94 feet; thence west 20 feet; thence north 94 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.043 acre, more or less.
