Aff - Angle, Alvis R_3/31/1978� � � STATE OF INDIAiVA COUNTY OF GIBSON SS: AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY John Wesley Angle being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than twenty-one (21) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana. That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana: A part of Lot number 5 in Devin's Second Addition to his enlarge- ment to the town, now city, of Princeton, bounded as follows: beginning in the east line of said lot at a point 10 feet north of the southeast corner thereof and running thence west 100 feet and 3 inches; thence north 50 feet; thence east 100 feet and 3 inches to the east line of said lot; thence south to the beginning. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 135, page 53, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Alvis R. Angle and Sadie Angle, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Alvis R. Angle, Sr., died testate, on or about the 24th day of March, 1978, and that the said Alvis R. Angle, Sr., and Sadie Angle were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Alvis R. Angle, Sr. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the value of the estate of the said Alvis R.
