26, 1977."
"At the time of GENEVA C. ANSLINGER'S death she and I'held
real property situated in Gibson County, Indiana as tenants by the
entirety and I am now the sole owner of such.real property by reason
of her death. Such real property is described briefly as Pollows:
East one-half (2) of Southwest quarter (4) oP North-
west quarter (4) of Section 35 T3S, R11W containing 20
acres moze or less and
The Southeast quartex (4} of the Northwest quarter
(4) of Section 35, T3S, R11W containing 40 acres more or
less.
The Southwest quarteY (4) oP the Northeast quarter
(4) of Section 35 T3S'; R17W except 11 acres-off the-east
side oP said quarter quarter section previously conveyed
to Leo Anslinger containing after said exception 30 acres
more or less.
."No Federal Estate Tax Return was filed with the Internal
Revenue SeZVice for the Estate oi Geneva C. Anslinger, as the assets
of Decedent's Estate carried an insufficient value to cause Decedent's
Estate to be subject 'to any Fedezal Estate Tas."
