The undersigned, being first duly sworn, on his
oath deposes and seys: --
That he was personally acquainted with Charles F.
Armstrong and Audra Armstrong, husband and wife, to whom
on the 23rd dav of hiay, 1936, Paul Homer Davidson and
Jessie T4. vavidson, his wife, conveyed the following de-
scribed real estate, situate in Gibson County, Indiana,
to-vit :
The N. part of the W. half of �. D, Lot �118 and
the N. part of the �, part of M. D, Lot #107, all in T.
1 S., R. 10 �Y., described and bounded together as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of the W. ha1P of said Lot #118 �
and run thence S. 6 degrees W., 19.666 chains; thence
N. 84 degrees W., 12.777 chains to the iN, line of said
half M. L. #118; thence N. 84 degrees ti9., 4.45 chains
to a point in said E. part of said Lot #107; thence N.
6 degrees E:, parallel to said �tiest line 19.323 chains
to a point S. 6 degrees W., 22 links from a point in the
N. line of said Lot #107; thence S. 84 degrees E., parallel
to said N. line 4.45 chains to the E. line of said Lot #107;
thence N. 6 degrees E., 22 links to the NE corner thereo£;
thence S., 84 degrees E., 12.777 chains along the N, line
of said �Y. half of jbt #118 to the place of beginning,
containing in all 33.64 acres, more or less--8.62 acres,
more or lesa, in said Lot #107, and 25.02 acrea, more or
lesa, in said Lot #118�
as shown bp deed recorded on the 18th day of June, 1936,
in Deed Record No. 106, Page 179, in the office of Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana.

And affiant positively knows that said �harles F.
Armstrong departed this life on the 19th day of April,
1949, leaving the said Audra Armstrong, his wife, sur-
viving.
Affiant further says that said Audra Armstrong was
united in marriage to Theodore R, Millspaugh Qctober 20,
in Paoli, Indiana.
