Vera`Mahan,,:being first duly sworn upon her oath,

1. That she makes this affidavit for the purpose
of transferring the following described real estate
situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, from the
names of Ona Alvis and I�yrtle Alvis, husband and wife, to
the individual name of I�yrtle Alvis, which property is
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot No. 11 in Summers Addition to the City of
Princeton, Indiana
2. Affiant says further that the above described
real estate was heretofore listed in the auditor's office
in Gibson County, Indiana, under the names of Ona.Alyis
and N�yrtle Alvis, husband and wife, and that said named
individuals owned the property as tenants by the entireties.
3. Affiant says fLirther that Ona Alvis predeceased
his wife, N{yrtle Alvis, and that the records of the
auditor's office should list the said real estate under the
name of N�yrtle Alvis.
4. This affidavit is made for the sole purpose
of transferring the above described real estate to the
name of Myrtle Alvis individually.
