DEDICATION A1dD ACCEPTANCE OF COUNTY HIGHWAY
(Hawthorne Drive Second Extension and Hawthorne Court -
Northbrook Hills - Princeton)
THIS INDENTU That,
WHEREA , ALMAR, INC. an Indiana corporation, hereinafter
called "Grantor" is the owner and developer of a residential tract
or subdivision (unplatted) located in the North Half of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 2 South, Range l0 West,
Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, commonly known as "tdorth-
brook Hills, Phase II"; and �
WHEREAS, for the purpose of providing access to various
residences thereof, Grantor has constructed a second extension of
a public street known as "Hawthorne Drive" from its former terminus
identified in a former Dedication and Acceptance of County Highway
- Hawthorne Drive Extension - dated September 3, 1987, and has also
opened northwardly at the western terminus of Hawthorne Drive
Second Extension a portion of a public street known as "Hawthorne
Court", and said streets have been constructed in accordance with
applicable county specifications; and
WHEREAS, said Hawthorne Drive Second Extension and the initial
section or extension of Hawthorne Court qualify and ought to be
accepted for maintenance as a part of the county highway system of
Gibson County, Indiana;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoinq, the
Grantor, ALMAR, INC., does hereby CONVEY, GRANT and DEDZCATE unto
GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA, Ai7D THE PUBLIC GENERALLY, an easement and
right-of-way for a public county highway over and across the
following described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of
Indiana, to-wit:

Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 10 West in the City of
Princrton, Indiana and further described as follows:
Commencing at a stone marking the southeast corner of
said North Half; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes 24
seconds west along the south line of said North Half
eleven hundred twenty and seventy-four hundredths
(1,120.74) feet; thence north 03 degrees 30 minutes 04
seconds east two hundred sixty and eiqhty-four hundredths
(260.84) feet to an iron at the initial point of begin-
ning of the following described road right-of-way; thence
southwesterly along a curve to the right with a radius of
