THIS INDENTURE'WITNESSETH,�That,
i�'HEREAS, ALPIAR, INC., an Indiana corporation,_ hereinafter called
"Grantor" is the owner and developer of a residential tract or sub-
division (unplatted).located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6,
Township 2 South, Range 10 �9est, Patoka Township, Gibson County,
Indiana, commonly known as "Northbrook Hills, Phase II"; and
WHEREAS, for the purpose of providing access to various resi-
dences thereof, Grantor has extended a public street known as "Cot,-
tonwood Drive" from its former terminus at the�City boundary or limit
of the City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, for a distance of
approximately 680.03 feet and said street has been constructed in
accordance with applicable county specifications; and
{dHEREAS, said Cottonwood Drive extension qualifies and ought to
be accepted for maintenance as a part of the County highway system of
Gibson County, Indiana;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the
Grantor, ALi✓ulR, ZNC., does hereby CONVEI, GRAtdT an1 DEDICATE untc
GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA, AND THE PUBLIC GENERALLY, an easement and
right-of-way for a public county highway over and across the following
described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-
wit:
A part of the Northeast Quar,ker of Section 6,
Township 2 South, Range 10 j9est yn Patoka Township and
the center line of a 60-foot street right-of-way (30.00
feet each side) described as follows: Begin at'the end
of Cottonwood Drive at a point south 44 degrees 16
minutes, 47 second east a distance of 53.39 feet from.
the east corner of Lot #56 of the Northbrook Hills
Phase II Subdivision and thence measure north 66 degrees
15 minutes east a distance of 160.86 feet; thence
measure along a left turning circular curve (radius of
477.46 feet and.central angle of 24 degrees 21 minutes)
an arc distance of 202.92 feet; thence measure north 41
degrees 54 minutes east a distance:of 76.59 feet; thence
measure, along a right circular curve (radius of 127.32
feet and central angle of 82 degrees 03 minutes) an ar.c
distance of 182.33 feet; thence measure south 56 degrees
03 minutes east a distance of 57.38 feet to a 5/8 inch
iron set and thus terminating.
