AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
COMES NOW �Vanda J. Armstrong, who being first duly sworn upon her oath, and for
the purpose of clarifying title to the real estate described below, deposes and says:
Jerry L. Armstrong and Wanda J. Armstrong were duly mamed on December 8,
1967, and their marriage was conCinuous and uninterrupted from the date of their marriage until
the date of Jerry L. Armstrong's death on December 4, 2007.
2. Durin� their mamage, Jerry L. Armstrong and Wanda J. Armstrone took title as
tenants by the entirery, and continued to hold such real estate as husband and wife until his death
on December 4, 2007, ro the follo�ving parcel of real estate located in Gibson Counry, Indiana:
The northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 7, To��mship 1 south,
Range 9 west, containing 40 acres, EXCEPT the oil, eas, and casinohead eas
lying therein and thereunder and which may be produced therefrom, heretofore
reserved by the grantors in a certain warranty deed dated Ocrober 14, 1970,
together with the right to produce and de��elop the same for a term of 10 years
from and after October 14, 1970.
This con��eyance is made and given SUBJECT TO a lease aereement dated
November 18, 1967, in favor of T.W. George, recorded in Miscellaneous Record
172, page 279, it being understood that the grantees herein shall be entitled to the
rental provided forin said lease.
This com�eyance is made and given also SUBJECT TO an easement dated
January 21, 1970, in favor of Marathon Pipeline Company, recorded in
Miscellaneous Drawer 1, Card 1613, office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
The grantees herein assume and agree to pay the 1972 installment of ta�es due
and payable in May 1973, and all taxes and assessments thereon thereafrer.
3. The Deed to the above-described properties was recorded in the Office of the

Recorder of Gibson County.

4. Jerry L. Armstrong died intestate, and left no real estate, interest in rea! estate,
proceeds of insurance or other property, which would make it subject to Federal Estate Taxes.
