Comes now the Petitioner-�Vife, Misty Lea Thompson, in person and by counsel, John C.
Hicks, and the Respondent-Husband, Zachariah David Thompson, after being three (3) times audibly
called, appears not and appearin� from the evidence that Zachariah David Thompson has notice of
this hearing. And the Petitioner having heretofore filed her verified Petition for Dissolution of
�4arriage, whicL said duly verified Petition is in the followin� «�ords and figures. rind this the 19`�
day of May, 2003, being ihe date heretofore set for said matters to come before this Court, and it
appearing to the Court that more than sixty (60) days have elapsed since the Petition for Dissolution
of �4arria�e herein was first filed and summons issued and served upon the Respondent, Zachariah
Da�id Thompson, the same is now submitted to the Court for findings and judement without the
inten-ention of a jury.
And the Court having seen and examined said verified Petition and having heard the evidence
and being duly advised in the premises \'01i' FIiJDS as foilows:
1. That ttils Coutt hasjurisdiction over the subject matter ofthis action and over the persons
involved in this litigation.
2. That the Petitioner, Misty Lea Thompson, was on the date of the fding of the Petition for
Dissolution of Mamage, and for more than six (6) months immediatefy prior thereto and includin�
said date, a bona fide resident of Gibson County in the State of Indiana.
3. That the Petitioner and Respondent «�ere duly married on Mazch 6, 2002, and that the
parties separated in September, 2002.
4. That the Wife is not now pregnant.

5. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the parties and there should be a
;solution of marriage because of such irretrievable breakdown.
6. That the Petitioner does desire restoration of h aiden name: ALVIS.
7. That two children were born to the parties: name , son, bom on
December 31, 1992, and Jewell Marie Thompson, born December 27, 2001. ,
8. That the Wife is the fit and proper person to have custody of the minor children and that
the visitation with the minor chifdren shall be granted upon further request by the Husband. Iv'o
visitation granted until that time.
9. That the Husband shall pay child support to the Cferk of this Court, Courthouse,
Princeron, Indiana 47670, the sum ofEight Dollars (S80.00) each week beginning on Friday, May
23, 2003, and continuing each and every week thereafter until further order of this Court. And
further, said sum is in strict compGance with the Indiana Child SuppoR Guidelines.
10. That the �i'ife shall be entitled to possession, use and benefit of the marital residence and
she shall be responsible for any payment, utilities, taxes and insurance thereon.
11. That the «'ife shall be entitled to possessioq use and benefit of the 1997 Pontiac and she
shal( be responsible for any payment, insurance, license plates, and maintenance thereon.
12. That the personal possessions of the parties have been divided to the satisfaction of the
parties.
IT IS THEREFORE CO\'SIDERED, ORDERED, ADNDGED AND DECREED by the
Court that the marriage of ntisty Lea Thompson and Zachariah David Thompson be and the same is
hereby dissolved by reason of inetrievable breakdown and the parties restored to the status of
unmarried persons.
IT IS FURTHER CONSIDEItED, ORDERED, ADNDGED AND DECREED by the Court
that the Court adopts the testimony ofthe Wife today as the property settlement and incorporates the
same into the decree of dissolution.
IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED, r1DNDGED r1�\TD DECREED by the Court
that each of the findings hereinabove enumerated be and the same hereby are made a part of this
Decree by incorporation herein.
