Dear 8ir;—

RE SHERIFF'S DEED 5ECURITY V9. MARTIN.
Vfe did foreclose on Filliam 8. and Thelma Martin
and tnere r,as a tax sale in 1948 and we received S'r_eriffa
deed. Our Aesociation thoughi everything had been done properly
as to the foreclosure, so we sold tne property to Arthur J. and
Mary L. Beasley in 1950.
However, when Mr. Beasley planned to sell the
property to some one else, McDonald & ScDonald, Attorneya in
Princeton, found a legal fault with the foreclosure, i4e
immediately ha3 our attorney E. H. Ireland investigate and 'ne
found the Clerk oi the Gibaon Court had issued execution too
soon, therefore, we had to have anotner Sheriffs 3ale and
a new Sherif's deed. It is this deed which i sent to the
Recorder a few days ago to record. We do not own the propertyy
as the title still remaine in the name of Arthur J, and
ary L. Beasley. We merely corrected our title regarding the
forecloeure.
I trusi I have made this plain, at least this ia
tne way our Attorney stated the transaction to me.
For tax purposes the property 1•s in tne name of
Arthur J. and hiary L. Beaeley.
Very truly,
