Joseph Baker, heing first duly sworn, upon his oath deposes
and savs:
That he is 86 years of age, a-resident of Barton Township,
� Gihson County, State of Indiana, and his occupation is Retired Farmer.
That he is familiar with the follocaing descrihed real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-o7it:
The northeast auarter of the northwest quarter of Section thirty six
(36) Township three (3) South, Range nine (9) West, containing forty
(40) acres, more or 1ess. Bein2 the same Rea1 Estate descrihed in
Deed Record No. 97, page 482, office of the Recorder of Gihson County,
Indiana; ALSO,
Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9) in the
Original Plat of the Town of Mackey, Gihs�p County, Indiana; also part
of Lots Seven (7) and Fight (8), in Meier`s Addition to the Town of
i•fackey, Gibson County, Indiana, described as folLocos:
Be�inning at the southeast corner of Lot Seven (7): thence North a1on�
the east line of said Lot Seven <7), one hundred (100) feet to the point
of intersection of said east Line with the east r.ight-of-way line of
State Road �Io. 57; thence in a south�oesterly direction along said right-
of-i•�ay to the point of intersection thereof with the.south line of Lot
Eight (8); thence East about fort,y-five (45) feet to the place of
beginning. Being the same real estate descrihed in Deed Record No. 151,
oage 14, office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana:
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real
oroperty coas formerly ocaned hy Joseoh Baker and Della May Baker,
husband and coife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
said De11a iday Balcer died, intestate, on or about the 13th day of
January, �963, and that said Joseph Baker and DelLa �ay Baker caere
' hushand and *,=ife at the time of the death of the said De11a Niay Baker.
Affiant further states tha.t .he-knows of- his—own-kno�oledge that the'�
value of the estate of said De11a May Baker at the time of her death,
eri thin the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax lans, was less than Sixty
Thousand (�60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was
not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
