Jessie Lee Bass, being first duly sworn, upon
her oath says that she is the surviving widow of John D. Bass,
deceased; that said decedent departed this life on the 9th
day of April� 1963� a resident of Gibson County� State of
Indiana� and was the owner with affiant as. tenants by the
entirety of certain real estate situate in Gibson County,
State of Indiana� which is listed upon the transfer records
of the City of Princeton� Gibson County� State of Indiana�
and described as follows:

Twelve (12) feet�a� eight (8) inches off
the south side of Lot number nine (9) and
twenty-three (23) feet and four (4), inches
off the north side of Lot number ten (10)
in Steele's Sub-Division of the west half
of Out Lot five (5) in Range two (2) of the
New Survey of the town (now city) of Princeton,
Indiana, bounded as follows: Begin thirty-
three (33) feet and six (6) inches north of
an iron pin in the southweat corner of Lot
n�ber ten (10) as above described and run
east one hundred (100) feet to an alley�
thence north thirty-six (36) feet; thence
west in the center of a drive way one hundred
(100) feet; thence south thirty-siac (36) feet

eighteen (118) feet west of the southeast corner
thereof; and running thence north fifty-two and
four tenths (52.4) feet; thence east three and

Begin at the northeast corner of said lot and run
thence south along the east line thereof 72 feet;
thence west 148,5 feet to a point in the west line
of the east half of said lot and which point is 72
feet south of the northwest corner of the east half
of said lot; thence north 72 feet; thence east 148.5
feet to the place of beginning,
That title to said real estate passed to this affiant
as the surviving tenant by the entirety� and the Auditor is
hereby requested to transfer said real estate to this affiant's
name for tax purposes.
