AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Lucille Bayer, being first duly sworn, upon her oath,deposes
and savs:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of
205 �•:. Walnut, Fort Branch, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her
occupation is a housecaife.
That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Union Toumship, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Number Sixty-one (61) in the McCrary and Others Addition to the
Town:'of Fort Branch, EXCEPT the west fifteen (15) feet of said 1ot.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 155 page 314,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, In�iana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real
property was formerLy owned by Carl Bayer and Lucille Bayer, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of fier own lcnowiedge that
said Car1 Bayer died, intestate, on or about the 20th day of Nove^�ber,
1963, and that said Carl Bayer and Lucille Bayer,. were husband and wife
at the time of the death of the said Car1 Bayer.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that
the value of the estate of said Car1 BavEr at the time of his death,
within the :neaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, was less than Sixty
Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent
was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not. •
