Aff - Bensch, Raymond H_10/25/1960. � • STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY Q`F GIBS�N To the Auditor of Gibson Count�, Indiana and To Whomsoever Else it may Concern: says: Sanford Trippet being first duly sworn upon oath deposes and That he was the attorney for the estate of Luc� C.Bensch, de- ceased, and is the attorney for the estate of Raymond H. Bensch, deceased, each late of Los Angeles County, State of California, each of whom died testate, in said state of California; that said Lucy C.Bensch died on or about August 24, 1950; that she died the owner of real estate situated in Patoka and Montgomer� Townships Gibson Count�, Indiana, which real estate was devised and disposed of, b� her said 1`ast will and testament, which will was duly pro- - bated in the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County, Indiana, on Dec. 15, 1950, as a foreign will, as shown by Will Record N pages 115-119; That by the terms of her said W�11, Item 3 thereof, all of said real estate was devised to her husband, Raymond H. Bensch. Tba.t said Raymond H. Bensch, died testate, a resident of Los Angeles County, State of California, on or about July 4, 1959, as this affiant is informed and believes; that he died the owner of the said neal es- tate situated in Patoka Township and Montgomer� Township, Gibson Count�, Indiana, devised to him by his said fonmer wife, Y,ucy C. Bensch; that his said last will and testament was duly probated as a foreign will by the Gibson Circuit Court, of Gibson Count�, Indiana on the day of June, 1960, and is recorded in Will Record 0 page 573-580 in the Clerk's office of said Court, and said will is in full force and effect at this time. That by the terms of said will, all of his estate, including said real estate, is bequeathed and devised to the Bank of �merica National Trust and Savings �ssociation of Los Angeles, in trust for the use and benefit of his two children, namely,- s Raymond C. Bensch, age 23, and Michael J.Bensch, age 19, both residents of the State of California. .., � • That said real estate is described on the tax duplicate for taxation purposes, as follows: l. Pt S4I4.
