Milton J. Black, being first duly sworn, upon his
oath deposes and says:
_ , That Pearl Johnson Black, the wife of this affiant,.
died intestate on November 4, 1956, at the Gibson General Hos-
pital'in Princeton, Indiana; that at her death she was the owner"
in f�e simple of the Nz of Lot 22 in Embree's Enlargement to the
town; now City, of Princeton, Indiana, aame being deeded to her
in the name of Pearl Johnson, her former name. Affiant further
saya that said decedent left surviving aa her heir and only heir
at law, this affiant, her husband. Affiant further says that
all the debts and liabilitiea of her estate, including the ex-
penses of her last illness and her burial, have been fully paid.
This'affidavit is made for the purpose of having the titl'e to �
said�real estate transferred over to this affiant, her only
heir at,law, for the purpose of taxation
sayeth not.
