Comes nouv the undersigned and first being sworn according to law
deposes and says that he was acquainted with Clara C. Campbell during
her lifetime and th at he knows of his own personal lm owledge that the
said Clara C. Campbell departed this life, intestate, in the year 1929
` ` leaving surviving her as her heirs and only heirs at law her widocrer,
Mont Campbell and her daughter, Marilou Campbell.
~ ._ Affiant further deposes and says that the said Mont Camobell de-
partad this life, intestate, in the year 1935 leaving surviving him as
his heir and only heir at law his daughter, Marilou Campbell, and that
the said P.4arilou Campbell subsequently intermarried with Welzie Brokaw.
And fi:rther affiant sayeth not.
