AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Goldie A. Bish�p being first duly sworn upon
her oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a
Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located Gibson County, Indiana, towit:

ALSO, the following described real estate located in White River
Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit:

Begin in the north line of said quarter section at a point 691
feet east of the northwest corner thereof, and run thence east

thereof to its intersection with the West right-of-way line of
the C& E.Z. Railroad; thence in a southwesterly direction along
said right-of-way line to a point South 9 degrees west 818 feet
from the northeast corner of said quarter section; thence North

14 acres in the northeast part of said quarter section belonging
to one Lee J. White and described as follows: Begin at the northeast
corner of said quarter section and run thence west 9.83 chains;
thence south 15 chains more or less to the lands formerly owned
by Eri Williams; thence East to the West right-of-way line of the
C& E I R.R.; thence in a northeasterly direction along the said
right-of-way line to where it intersects the East line of said
quarter section; thence North to the place of beginning; containing
fotty-nine and seventy-six hundredths (49.76) acres, more or less;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM so much thereof as is included in the following
d escribed tract of land conveyed by Eva Williams and Emma Spain to

west of the southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said
section, and from the point thus found, run thence North 388.74
feet;thence East 132 feet; thence North 495 feet to an iron;

degrees west 203 feet; south 2'� degrees east 206 feet; south 10
degrees east 214 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way, run
thence west'2429.26 feet to the place of beginning, containing
47.20 acres, more or less; and containing exclusive of said
exceptions, 33.56 acres, more or less; SUBJECT to a right-of-way
grant to the State of Indiana, dated March 11, 1952, recorded
in Deed Record No. 135 page 88, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana, containing 66/100 acres, more or less; AND ALSO
SUBJECT to right-of-way grant to the State of Indiana, dated
December 19, 1960, recorfled in Deed Record 156, page 280, Office
of the Recorder; containing 0.132 acres, more or less;
and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Leonard C. Bishop and,GOldie A.
Bishop, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knawledge
that the said Leonard C. Bishop died intestate, on or about
January 20, 1969, and that said Leonard C. Bishop and Goldie A.
Bishop, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Leonaid C. Bishop.
---�- - Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Leonard C. Bishop at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
