Bish�p being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located Gibson County, Indiana, towit: (2) and (3) Lots Number One (1)/in Stough's Addition to the town of Patoka, Zndiana; ALSO, the following described real estate located in White River Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit: . , Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirteen (13), Township One (1) South, Range eleven (11) west, and described as follows: Begin in the north line of said quarter section at a point 691 feet east of the northwest corner thereof, and run thence east to the northeast corner thereof; thence south along the east line thereof to its intersection with the West right-of-way line of the C& E.Z. Bishop and,GOldie A. Bishop, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knawledge that the said Leonard C. Bishop died intestate, on or about January 20, 1969, and that said Leonard C. Bishop and Goldie A. Bishop, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Leonaid C. Bishop. ---�- - Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Leonard C. Bishop at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
