AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Irene Siekman, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she,is familiar with the following described real
,
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
. A part of the southwest quarter..of the northwest quarter of
section 27, township�3 south, range 9 west, bounded as follows,
towit: beginning at a point 20 rods south of the northwest
corner-of said quarter section and running thence 5 rods to the
center of the Buckskin and Lynnville Road; ttience in a south-
easterly direction, along the center of said road, a distance of
- 14'� rods; thence north 15 rods; thence west 10 rods to the
place of beginning, containing .62� acres.
ALSO,a part of the southeast quarter of the,northeast quarter
of section 28, t ownship 3 south, range 9 west, bounded as follows,
towit: beginning at the northeast corner of said southeast quarter
of the northeast quarter of said section 28 and running thence
south 189 feet to the point of beginning, thence west 8 rods; thence
south 8i rods; thence in a southeasterly direction 8'� rods;
thence�north 11'� rods, to the place of beginning, containing �Z
acre, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 117, Page 227, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Elmer N. Besing and Tina E.
Besing, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
intestate,
that the said Elmer N. Besing died/on or about February 1, 1967
and that the said Elmer N. Besing and Tina E. Besing, were �
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Elmer N.
Besing.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Elmer M. Besing at the
time of his death within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and
that the estate of the said decedent was not subject to any
Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
