AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
William Schafer, being first duty sworn, upon his oath,
deposes and says:
_ That he is more than sixty (60) years of age, a resident of — '
Francisco, Gibson County, Indiana, and he is retired.
That he is famiLiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of Lot number 43 in the Original P1an of the Town of Francisco „
Indiana, described as foilows: Begin in the West line of said Lot at
a ooint (30) feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot, and run
thence in a southeasterly direction on a line para11e1 to the north
line of said Lot (100) feet to the east Line of said lot; thence in a
southwesterLy direction along the eaet line of said lot (120) feet to the
southeast corner of said 1ot; thence in a northwesterly direction along
the south line of said lot (100) feet to the southwest corner of said
1ot; thence in a northeasteriy direction along the west line of said
Lot (120) feet to the point of beginning,
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said a6ove described real
property was formerLy owned by Frank T. Borders and Lois Borders,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his ocun knowledge that
said Frank T. Borders died intestate, on or about the 25th day
of August , 19 60 , and that said Frank T. Borders and
Lois Borders were husband and wife at the time of the death of the
said Frank T. Borders.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
the value of the estate of said Frank T. Borders at the time of his
death, cvithin the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws, was less
than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax. �
Affiant further sayeth not.
