AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY.
James 0. Boren, 6eing first duly sworn, upon his oath, deposes
and says:
That he is forty-eight (48) years of age, a resident of R.R. #1,
Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is "T.V.
Repairman".
That he is familiar with the folLowing described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the northeast quarter of Section 9 in Township 4 south, Ran�e
L1 West, bounded as follows, towit: Beginning on the north line of said
section on the east bank of Jordon Creek where the same crosses the
Cynthiana and Haubstadt Road.and from thence East 24 rods; thence in
southwesterly direction fiollowing the meanderinga of the branch of said
Jordan Creek to where it empties into said creek; thence up said Jordan
Creek on the east bank thereof to the place of beginning, containing one
(1) acre, more or less. ALSO, a11 that part of the northwest quarter
of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 4 south, Range 11 west
formerly owned by Anna M. Trible and lying east of Jordan Creek and
estimated to contain one (1) acre, more or less. ALSO, part of the
northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 11 west and
described as foLlows: begin at a point in the north line of said
section 3542.54 feet east of the northwest corner of said section in
the center of a concrete box culvert and from said beginning-point,
run thence along the center of said ditch with the meanders thereof, to
its intersection with the old channel of Jordan Creek; thence down
Jordan Creek with the meanders thereof to a point 990 feet south of the
north Line of said quarter section; thence east 545 feet; thence north
994 feet to the north line of said quarter section; thence west 6 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 6,70 acrea, more or less. ALSO,
a part of the east half of the northweat quarter of Section 9, township
4 south, Range 11 West, bounded as follows: Begin at the northeast corner
of said half quarter section and run thence south 57 rods; thence west
44 and 14/19 roda; thence north 57 rods to the north line thereof;
thence east to the place of beginning excepting therefrom a right of
way conveyed to the State of Indiana and described in Deed Record 113
page 148, containing .43 of an acre, and containing in said tract after
said exception, 15.57 acres, more or less. ALSO,a part of the east haLf
of the northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 south, Range 11 west
and described as follows: begin at a point in the east line of said
half quarter section 25.83chains north of the southeast corner thereof,
and run thence south 7.15 chains; thence west 11.63 chains; thence north
7.15 chains; thence east 11.63 chains to the place of beginning and
containing 8 acres, more or Less. Being the same parcels of real estate
as described in Deed Record No. 85, page 537; No. 116 page 361; No, 119
page 289; and No. 125 page 28, Office of the Recorder of Gibson Connty,
Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowLedge that said above described real
property was formerly owned by Arthur Boren and Rosa E. Boren, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
said Arthur Boren died May 15, 1965 and that said Arthur Boren and
Rosa E. Boren, were husband and wife at the time of the death of the
sai'd Arthur Boren.

Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge

that the value of the estate of said.Arthur Boren at the time of

his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate„Tax Laws, was
Less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($�60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
