Boren, being first duly sworn upon her oath deposes and says: That she is more•than forty (40) years of age, a resident u of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a Bousewife. That she is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: / .� � A part of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 11 west, bounded as follows: Begin at the northeast corner of said east half and run thence south 9 rods; thence west 18 rods; thence north 9 rods; thence east to the place of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 13'7 page 302, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana, ALSO, A part of the northeast quarter of Section 9 in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, bounded as follows, towit: Beginning on the north line of said section on the east bank of Jordan Creek where the same crosses the Cynthiana and Haubstadt Road and from thence east 24 rods; thence in a southwesterly direction following the meanderings of the branch of said Jordan Creek to where it empties into said creek; thence up said Jordan Creek on the East Bank thereof to the place of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less. ALSO, all that part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, formerly owned by Anna M. Trible and lying east of Jordan Creek and estimated to contain one (1) acre, more or less. ALSO, part of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 4 south, Range 11 West and described as follows: Begin at a point in the north line of said section 3542.54 feet east of the north- west corner,of said section in the center of a concrete box culvert and from said beginning point, run thence along the center of said ditch with the meanders thereof to its intersection with the old channel of Jordan Creek; thence dawn Jordan Creek with the meanders thereof to a point990 feet sout}i of the�north.line of said quarter section; thence east 545 feet; thence north 994 feet to the north line of said quarter section; thence west 6 feet to the place of beginning, and containing -6.70 acres, more or less. Being the s ame real estate described in'Deed Record No. 171, page 466, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and that ahe knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by James O. Boren and Ruth D. Boren, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said Jatnes O. Boren died intestate, on or about August 14, 1968, and that said James O. Boren and Ruth D. Boren were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said James O. Boren. � � . � r -,_ � �. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said James O. Boren, at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
