AFFIDAVIT

The undersigned, being first duly sworn on oath deposes
and says:
That Fred W. Binkley died testate, a resident of Gibson County,
Indiana, on June 24, 1964 and at the time of his demise was the

owner of the following described real estate Located in Patoka
Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A11 that certain three (3) acres of land in the form of a para11e1ogram
off the east end of the following described 11.5 acre tract, located in
Gihson County, State of Indiana, and which said 11.5 acre tract is des-
cribed by metes and bounds as follows: A oart of the south haLf of the
southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 11 [Jest, bounded
as follows, towit: begin in the south line of said quarter quarter
section at a point one hundred thirty-six (136) feet west of the point
where said line intersects the west line of the right of way of the
Chicago and Eastern I1linois Railroad Comoany and fro� said point run
thence north at right angle with the south line of said quarter quarter
section, four hundred ninety-five (495) feet; thence west one thousand
thirteen (LOL3) feet to the west line of said quarter quarter section;
thence south to the northwest corner thereof; thence east to the beginning
point, and containing eieven and five tenths (11.5) acres, sore or Less. _
That the estate of said decedent is �ing administered in the Gibson
Circuit Court of Gibson County, Indiana, under Estate Dkt. No. 64 - 88
and that under ITEM II of decedent's Last will and testa�ent title to
said real estate �ested for life in Hazel J. BinkLey, widow of said
decedent and the remainder thereof, share and. share alike, in Fern
Schmicker Csister), Opa1 Kilpatrick (niece) and Vesoer Da1e Binkley
(nephew).
That this affidavit is made for the sole purpose of affecting
a transfer of said real estate on the Transfer Book of Patoka Township,
Gibson County, Indiana, Office of the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana.
