Aff - Brines, Dorothy_12/14/1964� STATE OP INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF GIffiON � AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENf1NCY BY ENTIRETY Dorothy Brines, being first dulysworn, upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than thirty (30) years of age, a resident of Princeton, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: Lot Number 216 in the Southside Addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 124 page 43, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was fo�merly owned by Allen J. Brines and Dorothy Brines, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said Allen J. Brines died intestate, on or about the 28th day of November, 1964, and that said Allen J. Brines and Dorothy Brines, were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Allen J. Brines. Affiant further states that she knows-of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said A11en J. Brines, at the time of his death, within the meaning of�the Federal Eatate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
