Bruce, being first dUly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: (Carried in the name of Roy A. Bruce and Pearl A. Bruce, husband and wife). TRACT A: Part of the southwest quarter of the southwest c;uarter of Section nine (9),� Township two (2) south, range ten (10) west, and described as follows: Begin at a point in the north right of way line of the Southern Railway, which point is seven hundred fifty-two (752) feet north of the southwest corner of said quarter quarter section, and run thence north three hundred ninety-eight and three tenths (398.3) feet to a point in the south right of way line of State Road Numbered 64; thence south fifty-one (51) degrees fifty-two (52) minutes east, along said right of way line two hundred fifty- two (252) feet; thence continuing along said right of way line by a one (1) degree curve to the left, three hundred six and five tenths (306.5) feet to an iron at the northwest corner of a tract of land now owned by Esther Harvey and leased by The Gibson Co-operative Association, Inc.; thence south, thirty- four and one-half (34'�) degrees west, two hundred forty-nine and nine tenths (249.9) feet to the north right of way line of said railway; thence along said right of way by a curve to the left ninety-six (96) feet; thence north sixty five (65) degrees ten (10) minutes west along said right of way line two hundred forty-five and seven tenths (245.7) feet to the place of beginning, and containing three (3) acres, more or less, EXCEPTING ALWAYS the following described part of the above described real estate heretofore conveyed and which said exception is in words and figures as follows: A part of the South- west quarter of the Southwest nuarter of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 10 West, and described as follows: Begin at a point in the south right-of-way line of State Highway Number 64 (which said point may be found by measuring north from the southwest corner of said Quarter-Quarter section, along the West line thereof; 1150.3 feet to said South right-of-way line, thence along said right-of-way line, South 51 degrees 52 minutes East, 252 feet; thence to the left by a 1 degree curve 68 feet) and from the point thus found continue along said curve and said right-of-way line, 110 feet; thence south 28 degrees west 120 feet; thence North 60�Z degrees west 110 feet; thence North 28 degrees East 130 feet, to the place of beginning, containing 0�32 of an acre, more or less, leaving after said exception 2.68 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 134 page 263, Deed Record No. 148, page 176, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. TRACT B: The following described real estate owned by Roy A. Bruce and Pearl Bruce, husband and wife; and Dale Bruce and Norma Jean Bruce, husband and wife, situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: The southeast quarter of the northeast quarter and ten (10) acres off of the north side of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, all in section fourteen (14) township two (2) south, range nine (9) west and containing fifty (50) acres, more or less: Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 155 page 240, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and that she knows of her own knowledge that Tract A was formerly owned by Roy A. Bruce and Pearl A. Bruce, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, and Tract B was owned by Roy A. Bruce and Pearl Bruce, husband and wife; and Dale Bruce and Norma Jean Bruce, husband and wife. � _ � `, . � _ r .� Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said Roy A. Bruce died testate, on or about August 8, 1968, and that Roy A. Bruce and Pearl Bruce, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Roy A. Bruce. That all Probate proceedings in connection with the administration of decedent's estate is under the jurisdiction of the Gibson Circuit Court, Princeton, Indiana, in Probate DY.t.
