TO: THE AUDITOR OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA
MAX A: BARRETT, being first duly sworn upon his oath
deposes and says:
1. That he is the Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of Ida Eilene Barrett by�Order of the Gibson Circuit
Court and is authorized and does make this Affidavit for and on
behalf of said estate.
2. That the said Perlie Barrett and Ida Eilene Barrett
were the owners as tenants by the entirities of the following
described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
A part of fractional Out-Lot Numbered Three(3) Range (3)
of the New Survey of 1818 of the Town (NOw City)
of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows:
Beginning in the North Line of said Out-Lot at
a point ninety-two (92) feet west of the northeast
corner thereof, and running thence south one
hundred fifty-one and six-tenths (151.6) feet,
more or less, to the north line of real estate now
owned by Fred A. Wilhite and Norma J. Wilhite;
thence west along said property line sixty (60)
feet; thence north to the north line of said
Out-LOt number three (3) thence east sixty (60)
feet to the place of beginning.
3. That the said Perlie Barrett died intestate on the
9th day of November, 1970, leaving the said Ida Eilene Barrett
as the surviving joint tenant and that title to the hereinabove
described real estate vested in the said Ida Eilene Barrett by
operation of law.
' 4. Affiant says further that the said Ida Eilene Barrett
died on the 28th day of.November, 1971.
