That.she is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, indiana, towit: A part of the South east quarter of section number one (1) in township number three (3) South, range number Twelve (12) West, bounded as follows: Beginning two hundred twenty two and three fourths (222 3/4) feet south of the North east corner of Clark w. Rose's land as owned by him on Sept. lst, 1863 in said South east quarter, and running thence.West one hundred forty eight and one half (148'�) feet, thence South seventy four and one fourth (744) feet, thence East one hundred forty eight and one half (148'�) feet, thence North seventy four and one fourth (744) feet to the begin- ning, containing one fourth of an acre, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 117, page 532, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana; and that she knows of her own )cnowledge that said above described real property was formerly awned by Charles M. Bradley and Inez Bradley, husband and wife as tenants by the'entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Charles M. Bradley died intestate on or about the 14th day of February, 1968, and that said Charles M. Bradley and Inez Bradley were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Charles M. Bradley. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Charles M. Bradley at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
