That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Bookkeeper.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate as follows:
Tract A
. The following described real estate located in Union Township
Gibson County, Indiana (Deed Record No..168 Page 513) Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
An undivided one-half (1/2) part in value in - A part of the south-
east quarter of the southwest quarter of section thirty-four (34),
tocanship two (2) south, range ten (10) west, described as follows:
Begin in the south line of said quarter quarter sectioa at a point
three hundred sixty-one and five tenths .(351.5) feet east of the
southwest corner thereof and run thence north ten hundred and
eighty-nine (1089) feet £o a point three hundred (300) feet south
of the north line thereof; thence east four hundred (400) feet;
thence south parallel to the cuest line thereof ten hundred eighty-
nine (1089) feet to the south line thereof; chence west four hun3red
(400) feet to the point of beginning, containinq ten (10) acres,

April 25, 1927(recorded in Deed Record No. 106 Page 485, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana) - Conveyed to Trustee
and reconveyed to Virgil Blackard and Ruth Blackard, husband and
caife, dated June 20, 1969, and now of record in Deed Record No.
1, Card 865 - Deed Drawer �1 Card 866, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot Numbered Eight (8), in the Douglas Addition to the Town of
Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana;

and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real estate was formerly awned by Virgil Blackard and Ruth Blackard,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her rnan
knowledge that the said Ruth Blackard died intestate, in or about
March 10, 1971, and that the said Virgil Blackard and Ruth Blackard
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Ruth
Blackard.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knocaledge
that decedent's estate will probably not be subject to a Federal
Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
