Buck, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Zndiana, and his occupation is Retired, That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of the north half (1/2) of the southeast quarter (1/4) of section ten (10) township three (3) south, range ten (10) west bounded as follows: Beginning at.the point twenty-one (21) chains west of the northeast corner of said half (1/2) quarter (1/4) section; thence south thirteen and five tenths (13.5) chains; thence west nine and six tenths (9.6) chains; thence north thirteen and five tenths (13.5) chains; thence east nine and six tenths (9.6) chains to the place of beginning, containing thirteen (13) acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 118 Page 191, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, A part of the north half of the southeast quarter of Section 10, township 3 south, range 10 west, described as follows: Begin in the north line of said half quarter section at a point 30 chains and 60 links west of the northeast corner thereof and run thence south to the south line thereof; thence west to the southwest corner thereof; thence north to the northwest corner thereof; thence east to the point of beginning, containing 19 acres, more or less; Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 127 Page 149, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real estate was formerly owned by Elmer Buck and Ida Buck, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Ida Buck died on or about July 7, 1971, and that said Elmer Buck and Ida Buck were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Ida Buck. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowleclge that the value of the estate of said ida Buck, at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
