AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
FOR TAXATION
ONIE E. BURTON, being first duly sworn upon oath says that she
is the widow of BERTIS M. BURTON, who died intestate a resident of Gibson
County, Indiana, on December 30, 1972. That at the time of said decedent's
death he was the owner of the following reai estate in said County and State
to-wit:
Part of the northeast quarter oF the southwest quarter of
Section 9, Township 3 south, Range 9 west, containing 20 acres,
more or less,
and that by virtue of heirship, this affiant being a second childless wife is no�v
the owner of a life estate ;in�i one-third (1/3) thereof with the remainder being

owned by BERTIS M. BURTON.
This affiant makes this affidavit for the purpose of_ causing the Auditor
of Gibson County to transfer one-third (1/3) of said real estate to her name
for taxation.
