This is to certify that the land in the Southeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 2 south, Range 22 west,
owned by Virginia Lewis Beaty and D7ary J. Johns, in
equal shares, as indicated in Probate Order Book ,� 76,
Page � 249 of the Gibson County Clerk's Office in
Princeton, Indiana was found by a field survey to be
52•906 acres. The land indicated in said Section 13
on page 249 was 492 acres. The 52.906 acres was divided
by an east-west line near the center, the north half v�as
given 26.453 acres, and the south half was given 26.453
