Bender during his lifetime. That the said Ivan N. Bender died, testate, on September 29, 1984. That I, together with my husband, Ivan N. Bender, acquired title to the following described real estate situated in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wi[: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 11 West, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point 81 rods north of the Southwest Quarter of said Quarter Section; and run [hence North 40 rods; thence East to the East line thereof; thence South 40 rods; thence West to the place of beginning, containing 32 acres, more or less. ALSO, a part of the Nor[hwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 11 West, bounded as follows: Beginning at the west line of said Quarter Section at a point 121 rods North of the Southwest corner thereof, and running thence North 40 rods; thence East to the East line of said Quarter Section; thence South 40 rods; thence West to the place of begin- ning, and containing 32 acres, more or less; ALSO, a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, and a part of the northwest Quarter -of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range I1 West, and bounded as follows: Beginning in the East line of said Southwest Quarter of said Section 30, at a point 119 rods south of the Northeast corner and run thence South 47 rods; thence West to a point 19.7 rods East of the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 31; thence North 47 rods; thence East to the Place of beginning, contai.ning 32 acres, more or less. Containing in all 96 acres, more or less. by virtue of a Warranty Deed dated June 6 , 19 84 and recorded in Deed Drawer 5 , Card 2067 , of the records of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. That said Ivan N, Bender and I were husband and wife continuously from June 6 , 1984 the date of the above mentioned deed, until the date of the death of the said Ivan N. Bender.
