AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF TITLE TO REAL ESTATE
WHERE NO COURT ADMZNISTRATION
Opal Ellen Black, being duly�sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
1. That she is the daughter of Verona H. Seals, herein-
after called decedent „ who died on Au.gust 10, 1981, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana.'• ' ' ' • ' �' '' ` •' �''''' • �' +•�

2. That decedent died seized of the following described
real estate in Gibson County, Indiana: �
Lots eighteen (18), nineteen (19), twenty (20), twenty-
one (21) and twenty-two (22) of the town of East Mt.
Carmel, White River Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
3. That no will of decedent has ever been probated in
any court and decedent died intestate;.that decedent was not
suryived_by any spouse;. that decedent_was_survived by -the -
following children: Opal E31en Black, Estel Lee'Seals,
Annabelle.Norman, and George A.'Seals.
9. In addition, decedent had a son named Pau1 Sea1s
who predeceaged decedent and died`on.December 19, 1976;
that said Paul Seals had three children who survived decedent,
said three children being David Lee Seals, Elizabeth Anna
Seals, and James Michael Seals.
5. That decedent's only heirs at law were.-said Opal Ellen
Black, Estel Lee Seals, Annabelle.Norman, George A. Seals,
David Lee Seals, Elizabeth Anna'Seals, and James Michael Seals.
6. That the above described real estate passed to said
Estel Lee Seals, Annabelle Norman, George'A. Seals, David Lee
Seals, Elizabeth Anna'Seals, and James Michael Seals by.virtue
of the fact that they are the only heirs at law of the decedent
ur.der ±he Indiar.a ir.testate laws.
7. That no letters testamentary or of administration upon ..
the decedent's estate have been taken out in any court and more
than five (5) months have now lapsed since the date of decedent's
death.
B. That decedent's funeral expenses have been paid in full;
that no Indiana inheritance tax return was required to be filed
and no Indiana inheritance tax is due or owing by virtue of
decedent!s death; that no federal estate tax return was required
to be filed and no federal estate tax is due or owing by virtue
of decedent's death; that decedent was not survived by any spouse
nor by any child who was under the age of eighteen (18) years
on the date of decedent's death. '
9. That affiant's father and decedent's husband, Clemont
A. Seals, predeceased decedent and died on A*ovember 21, 1977.
10. Affiant makes this affidavit i�o show that Opal Ellen
Black, Estel Lee Seals, Annabelle Norman, George A. Seals, '
David Lee Seals, Elizabeth Anna Seals, and James Michael Seals
are now the owners in fee simple of the above described real . '
estate; and that the same is not subject to decedent's debts,: �
funeral expenses, costs of administration, death taxes, or to
any Survivor's Allowance.
