AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND HEIRSHIP

Philip W. Mowrer, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes
and says:
That he is a male adult, over forty (40) years of age, and
has resided in Gibson County, State of Indiana his entire lifetime.
That he was well acquainted with Alice Etta Boerke
Wallace, deceased, who died intestate, a resident of Gibson County,
Indiana, on the 4th day of August, 1982, and that no administration
was had on her estate.
That Alice Etta Boerke wallace was the owner of the
following described real estate, situate in the Town of Owensville,
Gibson County, Zndiana, to-wit:
A part of the northeast quarter of Section 12, in
Township 3 South, Range 12 West, bounded as follows,
to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Number 45, in
Warrick's Enlargement to the Town of Owensville,
Indiana, and run thence South 148� feet; thence East
1481i`2 feet; thence North 14B� feet; thence West 148� feet
to the place of beginning, containing � acre more or
less.
That the value of said real estate together with its
improvements on the date of decedent's death would not exceed Six
Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
Alice Etta Boerke Wallace, left surviving as her sole and
only heirs-at-law the following named persons, to-wit:

Northport, New York 11768
That the above designated heirs-at-law of said decedent are each
competent.adults.
That the estate of the said Alice Etta Boerke Wallace was
of insufficient in value to require the filing or payment of any
federal or state inheritance or death taxes.
That each of the statements made in this affidavit are true
and complete, so far as affiant knows, believes, and has been able
to ascertain, and said above and foregoing statements are made
herein for the sole purpose of establishing the heirship of Alice
Etta Boerke Wallace, deceased.
