Comes now JAMES D. BROOKS, Executor of the Esta
of �laude Roberta Brooks, deceased, who having duly sworn upon
his oath, alleges as follows:
1. That on the lst day of October, 1977, the
decedent herein died testate, domiciled in Morgan County,
Indiana. Thereafter, on October 13, 1977, her Last Will and
Testament, dated September 15,'1977, was duly admitted to
probate by this Court.
2. That your petitioner was appointed Executor
of the decedent's estate on October 13, 1977, and Letters
Testamentary were issued to him on that date and said petit
was aut�.horized to procee� under the provisions of the Indiana
Code governing unsupervised estates.
