Ballard being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than sixty (60) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of an attorney. That he is familiar with the following described real estate l�cated in Gibson CoUnty, Zndiana, towit: The south half of the southwest quarter of section 25, township 3 • south, range 10 west, also the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 25, township 3 south, range 10 west, aad contain- ing in all one hundred twenty (120) acres, more or less. ALSO, the east half of the northeast quarter of section 35, township 3 south, range 10 west, containing eighty (80) acres, more or less ex- cepting therefrom about one-half acre, more or less, located in the northeast corner of said last above described tract reserved by the grantors during the remainder of the life-time of each of said grantors and upon the death of each of the grantors and upon the death of each of the grantors the title of said reserved tract is to vest in the grantees herein. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 161, page 127, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Orville H. Besing and Anna K. Besing, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Anna K. Besing died intestate, on or about October 31, 1975, and that the said Orville H. Besing and Anna K. Besing were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Anna K. Besing. Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal - Estates Tax; but for the determination of.the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dxt.
