SHIP AND DIREGTLNG��DISTRI�BUTION
This cause came on to be heard this /(���/ day of
i�,r��r,r_/.!�. , 1980, upon the Final Account, Petition to
Se�ttle and Allow Account, To Determine Heirship and For
Authority to Make Distribution filed by Arthur Block and Olga
Block, Co-Administrators of the estate of Carrie C. Block,
deceased, which account and petition are in the words and figures
following, to-wit: (H.I.)
And is appearing that no objection"s were filed thereto,
and the Court being duly advised in the premises now finds:
1. Due notice of the filing of said accounC and peeition
and of the hearing on thc same was given to all persons inter-
ested in said estate and the same are now properly before the
Court for final action thereon.
2. The matters and things stated in said account and
petition are true and no reason exists why this estate cannot
be closed at this time.
3. The final account heretofore filedherein reflects
that the Co-Administrators were chargeable with total assets in
the sum of $92,397.53, which said chargeables consist of real
esrate of the value of $71,400.00 and cash i.n the sum of
$20,997.53; an¢ that said Co-Aciministrator:: claimed crediCs
for sums laid out and expended in the sum of $6,887.02, leaving
a cash balance on hand for distribution in the sum of $14,110.51.
4. More than five (S) months have elapsed since the date
of the first published notice to heirs and creditors herein.
All claims against this estate have been paid and discharged.
Neither the decedent nor this estate were employers of labor
within the meaning of that term as used in the Indiana Employ-
ment Security Act. The Indiana Inheritance L-ax determined to be
due in this estate has been paid and proof of such payment has
been given. Federal and State Income tax returns were filed
on behalf of said decedent. This est'ate was not subject to
Federal or Sta1:e Income taxes. This estate was not subject to
Federal Estate taxes. All of the assets of this estate have
been administrered upon and no reason exists whv.this_.esta.r_F
cannot be closed at this time. �
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the
Court as follows:
1. The final account of said Co-Administrators is hereby
in all things approved, settled and confirmed.

3. Upoci the decedent's death, her children, namely:
Arthur Block atid Olga Block each inherited an undivided one-
third (1/3) int:erest in arid to said real estate and the
children of her deceased son, August Block, namely: llavid
Block, August A. Block and Jack Block, inherited his undivided
one-third (1/3) interest in and to said real estate.
4. The Co-Administrators are hereby directed to procure a
certified copy of this decree and to record the same in the
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, in which said
County said real estate is located.
5. Said Co-Administrators are hereby directed to make
distribution of the cash remaining in their hands as follows:
