AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE
TO THE AUDITOR OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA:
GENEVA E. BOREN, being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that she is the surviving widow of JESSE
R. BOR�EN, who departed this life, intestate, a resident of
Gibson County, Zndiana, on May llth., 1959; that the said
JESSE R. BOREN and this affiant were, as of May llth., 1959,
the owners as tenants by the entirety of the following de-
scribed real estate, situate in Gibson County, in the State
of Indiana, to-wit:
Lots numbered 36 and 37 in the Laura E.
Woods Addition to the City of Princeton,
Indiana.
Title in and to the above described real estate is now vested
in this affiant as the surviving widow of the said JESSE R.
BOREN, and makes this affidavit to effect transfer thereof
upon the records of Gibson County, Indiana.
